One fine morning Ramgopal Varma woke up from sleep and decided he would be a larger than life showman in Bollywood. Or larger than the poor mortals of Bollywood. What the heck, why should I direct, let my factory do it and let me lay a pipeline to make the money flowing into the kitty. While he went about bragging about his factory in the filmi magazines, his disciples started to give one flop after another in a continuous flow, plunging the fortunes of the factory. Now Varma has gone into an introspection mode. The result: he has taken a vow not to produce anymore films with anymore directors. He will only produce the films he is directing. Because he says that way he will be able to have control over the film production. The moral of the story: Do what you are good at!
