VAJPAYEE'S CONDITION STABLE, TO BE DISCHARGED TOMORROW

New Delhi, Aug. 22 (PTI): The condition of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who was admitted to AIIMS here after he complained of giddiness, is stable and he will be discharged tomorrow.

The condition of the 83-year-old BJP leader is "stable and satisfactory", AIIMS spokesperson Shakti Gupta said in a release today.

Vajpayee had his morning breakfast and his vital signs are normal, the release said.

"He will be kept in hospital for one more day to complete all investigations," the release said.

Vajpayee was admitted to a private ward in the Cardio-Thoracic and Neuro-Sciences Centre of AIIMS after he complained of drowsiness and giddiness yesterday.
