Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) president K Chandrasekhara Rao escaped unhurt in a road accident in Medak district while on his way to Hyderabad on Monday. After participating in a protest programme near the collectorate in Karimnagar on GO 610, Rao left for Hyderabad by car.
While passing through Medak district around 4 pm on the outskirts of Mandapalli in Siddipet mandal, the car driver tried to overtake a vehicle but lost control and hit an oncoming tractor. The car received minor damage but nobody was hurt. Rao continued his journey in the same vehicle.
